“I joined Asphalion back in 2015 as an IT support technician. Since then, I’ve moved through different roles and now manage both Digitalization projects and Infrastructure. Over time, I’ve been able to lead projects involving automation, AI, and internal tooling—always with a focus on solving real problems.
These days, my work blends project management, hands-on technical tasks, architecture design, and support. Some days I’m building or testing tools; other times I’m working with teams to improve how they use technology in their daily workflows. I also take care of infrastructure and IT planning, so the scope is broad and never boring. What keeps it engaging is staying close to the actual needs of the people who use what we build and the coordination with IT team and resources.
What I value most is the freedom to propose and build things that actually help people. It’s satisfying to see how something we develop ends up saving time, simplifying work, or making someone’s day a bit easier.
Working with the IT team is another big plus. They’re a group of highly skilled, committed people who are always ready to jump in, share knowledge, and find solutions together. The team dynamic is great—there’s trust, good vibes, and a shared drive to keep improving. It makes even the toughest challenges easier to tackle when you know you’re not doing it alone.
Looking back, it’s been a journey of constant learning, growing responsibilities, and building things that matter. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and excited for what’s next—because there’s always more to improve, more to learn, and more to build.”
