On the occasion of World Environment Day, to encourage awareness and action for the protection of the environment, at Asphalion we have asked our team to share some actions they carry out to contribute to sustainability, and we have stated the team is highly motivated, creative and committed to recycling and helping the environment!!!
The actions couldn’t be more diverse:
- Water saving from the shower (up to 4,000 liters annually)
- Organic use of eggshells as plant fertilizer
- Using pierced plastic bottles to water plants
- Building a bookend with wood pieces
- Recycling cooking oil and old modems
- Making toys for the dogs with empty toilet paper rolls
- Creating toys and decoration with wine corks
- Recycling old clothes: selling them, donating them
Among many others!
The ideas are just endless! Let’s all do our bit and contribute helping the environment!
