Yesterday, the world celebrated the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, a day dedicated to recognizing the incredible contributions of women to the field of science. At Asphalion, we were eager to join in this celebration and showcase the remarkable women scientists who are an integral part of our team.
Did you know that according to UIS data, less than 30% of the world’s researchers are women? At Asphalion, we are proud to break the mold with an astonishing 67.03% of our employees being women, and an impressive 51% of them are scientists. We firmly believe in the power of diversity and inclusion, understanding the significance of providing equal opportunities for all individuals in the scientific community.
