It has already been six months since Asphalion reshaped the AsphaWellbeing programme, a programme focused on the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of our employees. The platform allows them to unwind by offering a flexible, hybrid use, allowing them to choose from many different activities.
The benefits of physical activity and of being a healthy company are several: motivation that translates into higher production, better teamwork and a more cohesive workplace culture.
From this time, we have learned that our team´s favourite healthy programmes are: mindfulness, healthy back, active health, cardio dance, stretching and antistress. It is no surprise that mindfulness has reached the top both in live and recorded sessions. At Asphalion we have organized several workshops about this topic, since mindfulness gives employees permission and space to think — to be present — leading to mental agility, resilience and self-awareness. In addition, it can reduce emotional exhaustion, increase openness to new ideas and develop compassion and empathy.
With health being the core of our business, our people continue to be our strength and we care about our employees´ health and well-being and we strongly believe that AsphaWellbeing enhances their well-being in the workplace at a physical, mental and emotional level.
