At Asphalion our employees are the driving force of our company. We have currently a staff of 130+ members, and counting! This figure has consistently grown over the last years, as has the company, whose priority has been to develop a strong structure that allows a growth without risks.

The HR team is in charge of 90% of the talent acquisition and recruitment and has developed and shaped an onboarding system during the years that ensures each newcomer a smooth integration into the company and into the team. There is a general onboarding that consists in a general presentation of the company, a basic training on IT, ERP/SAP, a technical training on the basics of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance and a Quality Assurance one where all SOPs of the company have to be read and understood.

Once this part is completed, we start with the unit onboarding, where depending on each person´s role a specific technical training in the unit takes place.

Additionally, an anual performance review is carried out both for newcomers and old workers, with different focus for each one of the two groups. This is fantastic opportunity to share thoughts, establish personal objectives and to work in the career path of each employee.

As part of our talent development plan, all our employees benefit from a personalised anual training plan, aligned with the Personal Development Plan and based on three main types of training, technical and soft skills, as well as IT and language skills. Furthermore, Asphalion offers several benefits that we are constantly adapting to real life and the needs of our employees. For instance, on April 20 we offered a Home Office benefit related to working at home.
