This afternoon we had the pleasure of participating in an awareness workshop on equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion—an essential initiative to continue building fairer, safer, and more equitable workplaces for everyone.  The workshop was led by Sonia González Recio, an Equality Consultant with a degree in Psychology and a PhD in Social Psychology. We thank Sonia for accompanying us on this journey of transformation and learning.  Throughout the session, we reflected on:  The challenges faced by different groups in the workplace  How discrimination can manifest in subtle or structural ways  Our individual and collective role in creating an inclusive environment
