Innovation is one of the indispensable factors for the economic growth of the country, and as such, occupies a prominent place in the European and national policies. Innovation is key for creating employment, medium-term growth, productivity and, ultimately, improving competition. Innovation is the necessary tool to respond to the needs and challenges of today’s society.
From this perspective, the Secretary of State for Research, Development and Innovation has set in motion the necessary tools to stimulate innovation mostly through fiscal aid and deductions. These instruments are channelled either by the CDTI with its programmes and lines of funding, or by means of competitive calls, awards and distinctions of recognition for the innovative activity, and other actions to promote innovation.
They have given it to us because we met the following criteria:
- We are an SME
- We have received public funding in the last three years, without having been revoked for improper or insufficient execution of the funded activity, through the calls for proposals for the 7th European Research, Technological Development and Innovation Framework Program (FP7), or for the EU Research and Innovation programme, Horizon 2020.
