“I joined Asphalion in October 2022 as a Drug Safety Officer, bringing with me one year of experience in Pharmacovigilance. At that stage of my career, I was looking for an environment where I could continue learning while taking on new challenges.
Over time, thanks to continuous learning and the trust placed in me, I progressed to my current role as Drug Safety Manager. This evolution reflects one of the aspects I value most about Asphalion: the company truly supports internal growth and encourages its professionals to develop their skills and advance within the organization.
In my day-to-day work, I coordinate a small team while managing Medical Device Vigilance and Pharmacovigilance projects. My responsibilities include overseeing safety activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining close communication with clients, and actively contributing to operational tasks. This combination of coordination and hands-on work allows me to stay closely connected to both the management and technical aspects of drug safety.
What I enjoy most about working at Asphalion is undoubtedly the team. The collaborative atmosphere and strong sense of teamwork create a supportive environment where knowledge is shared openly, and everyone works toward common goals.
I also deeply appreciate the continuous learning opportunities. The dynamic nature of pharmacovigilance, combined with exposure to different projects and clients, allows me to grow professionally every day. This constant development, together with the company’s trust and flexibility, makes me feel confident about continuing to build my career at Asphalion.
