The European Commission (EC) has officially published the final version of the Variations Classification Guideline in the Official Journal of the European Union, confirming its applicability from 15 January 2026.
This final adoption confirms the content previously outlined in the draft guideline and marks an important regulatory milestone for Marketing Authorisation Holders (MAHs) operating within the European Union.
