The European Commission publishes on the Participant Portal all Calls of its research and innovation programmes H2020.
Deadlines are around the corner so if you are interested in participating you need to hurry up! Forthcoming topics will close between March and April and they are open to everyone.
Topic description is detailed in the Portal, but all of them have in common the collaborative requirement. That is, at least 3 organizations from different EU member states are needed to constitute the project consortium.
