On the occasion of #IWD22, today at Asphalion we have held a workshop about how Greek, mythology can accompany us in self-leadership. The workshop proposes a way to connect with ourselves through seven classic archetypes, seven Greek goddesses that make us become aware of our behaviour within our work environment. This approach aims at enhancing everything that helps us, and transforming those aspects that less benefit us. As a result, this will allow us to improve the relation with ourselves and with others, as well as get tips that will help us with our daily challenges.
International Women’s Day ♀ is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. This year´s theme is “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”, and aims at recognizing the contribution of women and girls around the world, who are leading the charge on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response, to build a more sustainable future for all.
✓At Asphalion, women represent a 68.31% of the company, and women at the technical team account for an astounding 68%, a figure that keeps increasing every year.
