Last week, the Force Repair project partners met in Pavia, Italy, for the the 3rd progress meeting. ASPHALION expert Jon Giblin attended the meeting, providing a summary of the Regulatory Roadmap and an update on the ongoing tasks and plans for future interactions with regulators to ensure validation of the proposed regulatory strategy.
The FORCE REPAIR project aims to develop a smart, multi-functional and cost-effective 3D-printed wound dressing to help control bacterial infection and inflammation, and aid tissue regeneration.
ASPHALION is proud FORCE REPAIR partner and leader of the regulatory work package, which aims to establish the regulatory pathway for the innovative wound dressing and ensure the manufacturing process complies with regulatory requirements.
A big thank you to the Università di Pavia for hosting a dynamic and exciting meeting, and to all the presenters who showcased the great progress made in the past 6 months.
The FORCE REPAIR project is funded by the European Union and represents a collaboration between 14 partners from academia and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
