The “Nit de CATALONIA.HEALTH 2025”, the premier networking event for over 300 entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals in Catalonia’s biomedicine and health sector, took place on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Historic Building of the University of Barcelona. Asphalion experts Núria Romero, Lidia Cánovas, Talyta Carteano, Oriol Penon, Marta Rayo Lunar and Núria Coderch attended the event.
The event featured a keynote address by Dr. Josep Maria Picola, titled “Explorant el territori de les marques… i les marques que marquen territori. The keys to building a solid brand.” Dr. Picola, who holds a PhD in Communication from Universitat Ramon Llull (URL), is a founding partner and Project Manager at Dreiblau Comunicació, with 40 years of experience in companies such as Nestlé, McCann, Fira de Barcelona, SEAT, Delvico Bates, Grup RBA Editores, ASdePIC Comunicació, and Grup Yellowstone. He also serves as the director and professor of the Degree in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing, professor of Marketing Fundamentals of the Degree in Sports Management, and director of the University Master’s Degree in Art Direction in Advertising at Blanquerna (URL).
During the event, the CATALONIA.HEALTH 2025 Award was presented to Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona and the biotech company Oxolife. This award recognizes outstanding achievements in innovation, science, and business within Catalonia’s life and health sciences sector.
The event was attended by the Honourable Ms. Núria Montserrat, Minister of Research and Universities of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
