September has just started and at Asphalion we are beyond happy to announce that the transition to go back to the office in a hybrid manner has begun!
At Asphalion we took the decision to remote working from the very beginning of the pandemic. The team adapted very quickly and effectively to working from home and what seemed unfamiliar at first now feels more routine. We could even say there were some unexpected benefits, learnings, and discoveries of personal resilience and creativity!
After exactly 18 months of WFH, Asphalion would like its team to navigate the transition to a hybrid model of work, offering a certain degree of flexibility and having each person express their needs and preferences, respecting them and working out how to balance them and adapting to the new “next”.
Being back at the office will allow our team´s collaboration grow and help rebuilding relationships. Starting to slowly reestablish those links in person, sharing good moments together, talking, socializing and connecting is also a positive and an important part of our life.
We would like to thank the team for its motivation and engagement and for the good work during all these past months and we are sure, because we have the best team, that they will keep it up!
