EVENT |  Asphalion at the Human Resources Workshop – UB

November 22, 2024

Last week, Asphalion had the privilege of participating in the Human Resources Workshop organized in collaboration with the University of Barcelona’s (UB) Faculty of Biology. This annual event is designed to equip postgraduate students, particularly those in the Project Management for the Development of New Drugs program, with essential tools for their professional journey.

Our People & Culture representatives, Ester Caravaca and Alba Miral, led an engaging session covering key topics such as:

  • How to craft a standout CV.
  • Leveraging social networks for job opportunities.
  • Preparing for and excelling in job interviews.

This workshop is not just about sharing knowledge; it’s a fantastic opportunity to spot and connect with emerging talent. Over the years, we’ve welcomed several brilliant trainees into our team through events like this!

The session closed with insightful feedback and practical tips to help participants confidently step into the job market.

A big thank you to UB for hosting us, and to all the students who participated with enthusiasm. We look forward to seeing your careers soar!

We are always on the lookout for new talent. If you are interested in joining us, please send an email to: [email protected]
