AsphaTalk: Meeting every two months, with the entire company where we inform, share ideas and values at a global level of the company.
AsphaFun: Asphafun members promote our values, doing non professional activities, teambuilding’s to share our mission, vision and values with different actions during the whole year.
AsphaMentor: AsphaMentor has the key function of supporting the successful integration of the employee into Asphalion. It transmits trust, culture, values knowledge about the company and its experience. As a mate the key is to make the new employee feel cared for during his or her first time in the company.
AsphaTech: AsphaTech is a Space created by the IT department in order to bring attraction into new technologies, tech problems and solutions, and any tech tool that can make our work or life better.
AsphaForum: AsphaForum is an Afterwork event open to all, and the main goal is to share and debate about scientific (Asphaforum-Science) or non-scientific (Asphaforum-Humanities) topics.
